Biography:	Born and educated in Ireland. After a short teaching career with the ILEA, joined the London Fire Brigade serving mainly in operational roles in central and South East London, rising to the rank of Station Officer. Retired in 2001 ending career as Fire Investigation Officer for SE Command.   Married for 37 years with one grown up daughter and one grandchild.   Have lived in the village for 28 years and enjoy the community/village way of life.   I joined the Parish Council in 2007 and have been Chairman of the Sports Hall & Playing Field Committee since June 2006.   My interests include gardening, DIY and photography.
