Welcome to East Peckham Parish Council Website

Come and join as a resident member of a committee!

The following committees need your help as a resident to make a difference to the community:

* Local Developments – discuss TMBC’s Local Plan, the potential of a Neighbourhood Plan for the parish and work with developers to ensure the village gets the amenities and homes that it needs

* Events – join us in organising the Christmas Light Switch On, Fetes, Family Activities and more! Bring your ideas to the table and run events that everyone can enjoy!

* Youth & Community Engagement – Are you 11-25? Or maybe older! What is it that you want to do in your spare time? What could the Parish Council be organising and funding for you, your friends, your family and your neighbours? An opportunity to share your ideas and your feedback and make your voice heard! A great opportunity for someone interested in or studying local politics or someone who is just passionate about their local area!

* Climate Change & Community Resilience – Are you a flood warden, or do you want to be, and you want to see more protection for where you live? Maybe you are concerned about the climate crisis and the current cost of living crisis and want to do all you can to support yourself and others in improving these situations.

* Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council is launching an email newsletter to help keep residents and partner organisations up to date with important news from around the borough. The newsletter will cover things like:

* Local Plan updates and consultations

* Information about leisure, parks and open spaces

* Community events

* Finance and policy changes, including council tax
